Goodale & Barbieri Company has been involved with the development of many HUD properties for more than 30 years. In 1993, Sheryldene Rogers began developing properties on behalf of not-for-profit clients. In 1999, she became Department Manager overseeing the management of Goodale & Barbieri’s portfolio of properties under various affordability programs. She now develops affordable properties full-time, utilizing this valuable property management experience to create new developments that will be viable and valuable assets for decades to come.
